Mt. Fuji Hibachi & Asian Bistro

Come here for the Foie gras rice (with terayaki sauce), definitely the best we have ever had. It is not on the menu so you will have to request directly to the staff. The Black cod is delicious and personally my favourite dish in this restaurant. The dessert is a bit disappointed but all other foods are great. Absolutely delicious Japanese food in central London.

I must say, I have the chance to know the owner of So Restaurant. He initiated me to Omakase, and his chefs introduced me to their art of customizing your experience to yourself, and their inspiration of the moment... Everytime I go to So, it’s a different experience. My tastebuds discover different flavors and textures I have never tasted before. It is simple, delicious and yet nicely sophisticated.

Been here a couple of times and always enjoy the taste and presentation of the food here.The price is higher than average but the service and the ambience are good. I recommend this place.
